Women Who Lead focuses on strengthening women’s leadership, confidence, and economic agency through skills-based learning and collective empowerment. The program supports women as leaders within their families, communities, and local economies, creating pathways toward autonomy, participation, and long-term opportunity, including digital skills that support economic participation.
Women from historically excluded communities who seek opportunities to strengthen their leadership, build economic independence, and actively shape their communities with dignity and purpose.
This annual initiative celebrates childhood, dignity, and community through inclusive activities that strengthen social bonds.
Youth With Power supports girls and young people in overcoming educational and digital barriers that limit opportunity through education access, digital tools, and connectivity. By expanding access to devices, connectivity, and learning support, the program enables youth to continue their education, strengthen digital skills, and engage confidently in learning environments.
Girls and young people from underserved communities who face barriers to education and digital access, and who deserve the tools and support to learn, grow, and lead in an increasingly digital world.
Our Garifuna Roots centers cultural identity, collective memory, and community wellbeing as foundations for dignity, leadership, and peace. The program strengthens cultural pride and intergenerational knowledge while supporting community-led peacebuilding and social cohesion.
Garifuna and community members are seeking to preserve cultural heritage, strengthen collective wellbeing, and build peaceful, resilient communities grounded in identity, dignity, and shared purpose.
Born from a mother who studied by streetlight, Mujeres con Poder began in 2020 to bridge the digital divide when COVID-19 shut schools. We provide devices and connectivity so women and girls can access education, transforming inequality into opportunity through community-led, dignity-centred programs rooted in Honduras and expanding across Honduras.
